SURESTAFF is Hiring a Warehouse Technician Near Oakland, NJ
SURESTAFF is invested in its team members! All temp-to-hire employees are offered competitive compensation $14-$14.50/Hour as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). Generous referral bonuses are available upon hire.
Available shifts include 5:30 am- 3:30pm
Responsibilities of the Warehouse Fabrication Technician :
- Demonstrate expert product knowledge and have the ability to work in all related areas assigned by
- Responsible for leading the line and assuming all responsibilities should the assigned line leader be
- Complete all tasks related to the building of light fixtures or the sub-assemblies as assigned by
- Use hand or pneumatic tools safely and as directed.
- Meet the production goals (number of units) in the time frame allocated per task.
- Responsible for producing products that are to an acceptable quality level as defined by the QC
- Department and Production Management.
- Observe all safety rules when using the equipment.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Assist in the training of Grade 1 and Grade 2 Assemblers.
- Other duties as deemed appropriate by Management.
- 1 years of assembly experience
- Must be able to read all Amerlux product drawings, including
- Must display leadership qualities
- Must speak, read and write English
- Must be computer literate
- Must be able to stand for at least 11 hours a day
- Work OT when required
- Must be able to lift at least 40 lbs.
